In loving memory...

Our AMAZING dog Rico passed away last Friday in his sleep. We are heartbroken with the passing of this AMAZING dog, no words can explain how much this little guy meant to us....especially for our sweet Rae Rae.
Rico was diagnosed with a immune deficiency disorder four months ago, our vets and us knew this was a treatable disorder and we knew Rico would be with us for a very long time.
We were shocked to hear that our buddy passed away in his sleep on Friday morning while we were out of town in SLC for Thanksgiving.
We are extremely grateful for our friends the Smith's who were able to watch Rico while we were out of town. I wish It could of been on better circumstances but, they were so kind to take care of things after his passing which made our heartache and stress a little better to bare.

Rico was an AMAZING dog....you might ask yourself why?
Well, this is why...
He was the WORLD to this precious little girl. He was AMAZING to her!!!!
Curt and I would always say they were partners in crime, If our house ever got too quiet we knew they were up to something.
We would find Rae painting his nails, putting stickers all over Rico or wrapping him in toilet paper...that's only a few!
Rico was so protective of our family especially Raegan...ever since we brought Rae from the hospital, Rico was there by her side at all times.

Curt and I always felt we had two kids...Rico and Rae. We have some great memories and some not so great as well. All in all we love this little guy our 90lb hunk of love.
We love you and miss you Rico!

(We could never get a good picture of our family of 4)

Lazy 5 Ranch

A few weeks ago Rae and I were able to go to the Lazy 5 Ranch with a playgroup from church. It's about 45 min. away from Winston-Salem and we made it just fine with the help of our trusty GPS.

We had a great time looking and feeding all the animals, Rae was having a blast feeding all the animals and all I can say is my little girl has no FEAR at all. She wanted to be the first one to feed the animals and to touch them, after all the touching and feeding we did some heavy duty hand washing on this little girl!

Raegan feeding a water buffalo

A very happy girl!

Rae spotted the Llama right away, her mama taught her well

My favorite part was feeding the Giraffe's. We were so close to them I loved it!

Look at this beauty...Raegan had no fear feeding this slimy fella' thanks to our friend Rachel for holding Rae for then I can get a picture of the action.

Pretty sweet!!!

Oh, I love her!!!

Halloween 2009

We had a great first Halloween here in NC. We decided this was Raegan's day, so we ended up doing whatever she wanted to do.

We had a great time trick or treating in the rain and Raegan was a Pro at knocking on doors and saying Trick or Treat. The next day at church we found out that the street behind us has a tradition for blocking off the street to let all the little trick or treaters do their trick or treating safely with their families...We will surely do this next year!!

The pictures are out of order so please bare with me

At the end of our fun filled day we found out Chipotle was giving out FREE burritos if you wore anything with tin foil. So there we went for our free burritos and we made ourselves some tin foil hats.

Rae was pretty excited about it. She thought these were our costumes!

Oh, I just love close up pictures of me..Yuck!

During our day we stopped at Michael's to do a small craft with Rae, she had a great time STAMPING her face; what can I say she's very artistic.

We started off our day taking Raegan to the Children's Museum, She has been asking to go see Clifford for such a long time, so we decided it was a good day to go see it.

We had a great time and Raegan was in heaven going through the Clifford exhibit

One of the many quirks of our Rae, When I told her to say cheese she put the sea shell up to her face and this is what I got...You gotta love her!

Rae was so excited to see Clifford and all she could say is "mommy Clifford really is the big red dog"

Raegan has been really into Clifford lately so for her to see a giant red dog was pretty cool. I think it made her day!

Raegan had a Halloween party with her Preschool buddies, they played games and then ate a spooky lunch. When I look a this picture I get so happy to see all the little friends Raegan has made in the short 3 months we've been here in NC. It has been so great for her and for us to see her little personality just blooms more and more.

The Fall here in NC is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! pictures don't do it justice.
The leafs changing colors and just having perfect weather which means NO HUMIDITY is just perfect.
If you ever want to visit I suggest coming during the FALL you will Love it!!!

Rae helping me pull the wagon with our pumpkins while mommy rakes the leafs...and we have TONS of them.

Our first visit to Salt Lake City

Last Friday I had the opportunity to go HOME for four days, thanks to my sweet mom and sis.
We had such a great trip spending time with both of our families that I wished I could of stayed longer but it was good to return to my second HOME and be with my hubby again.

This was my first time flying solo with Raegan. I was very nervous about doing it alone, but to my astonishment my sweet little Rae did AWESOME even when our DVD player didn't work throughout the whole flight.

Rae did so good. She didn't even want to be in her stroller in the airport, so she walked all the way to the other gate that was in another building on the other side of the airport.

She is such a good girl. I'm very lucky to be her mom.

On Saturday afternoon, we had a little get together with Curt's side of the family.
It was so good to see the family. I can't believe how big our nieces and nephews have gotten. I was so happy to see everybody and Raegan was so excited to finally see her cousins...she has missed them so much.
I know it wasn't the same because Curt was not there, because we all know Curt is the life of the party at family gatherings! It was still a great time to catch up and see how everybody is doing.

Thanks Pat & Bill for getting us all together, We really appreciate it.

Grandpa Webber, Raegan and Liam playing together.

Rae and Liam still playing...She was so happy to be with her cousins

Grandpa and Grandma Webber with Rae

My family: Abuela, Rae, Chavo and Bisby

It was so good to see them and catch up on all I've been missing!

We had to make a quick trip to target and Raegan was very persistent to have her picture taken with the TARGET logo. Got to make my Rae happy.

On our way back to NC. We were very excited to finally be home and be with the hubby.

He was pretty bored for 4 whole days without his girls.

Thanks to our families for a GREAT trip. We are so lucky to have all of you.
We love you and miss you tons!

We LOVE packages!!

After our move to NC my sweet mom decided to go to Peru' for a little bit and visit family.
I think she did it to keep her busy from missing her Rae Rae so much. Well what do you know...A few weeks ago we received a huge package from her and couldn't believe how much stuff we got from her, but most of all how much stuff my sweet Rae Rae got from her abuela. She's a very lucky girl.
Rae was so excited when the mailman brought this huge box to our door. She wanted to carry it all by herself but the box was so dang heavy...Way to go mom!
My Rae was so excited, can't you tell

She didn't want Rico to take all her goodies, I don't blame her.

She got a zillion movies from my mom. She gets them from Peru' for 50 cents.
Rico trying to get the goodies.

Abuela sent her a doll/backpack and she's in LOVE with it.

All the goods. It was FABULOUS!!!
Thanks mama for the gifts. It made our day!!!

Marbles Children's Museum

In September we went to Marbles Children's Museum after our Temple day earlier in the day.
The best part of going to the museum was getting in for FREE!!
You seriously can't pass that up when you are on a student budget. We all had a great time, we also went with our friends the Richards and most of all the kiddos had a great time.
